Storage Suggestions (from Kedia’s website)
- For dry produce (grains, pulses, spices):
Remove from original packaging upon delivery. Store in airtight containers, to protect from moisture and pests.
Plan your purchases: store dry items “for no more than 1–2 months at a time.”
- For cold-pressed oils & ghee:
Keep them in a dry cabinet, away from direct sunlight.
- For fresh fruits and vegetables:
As soon as your delivery arrives, “attend” to them – i.e., don’t leave perishable produce lying around.
Store most of them in the refrigerator, but some exceptions:
Onions, potatoes, raw papaya, bananas, garlic → cool place, away from sunlight & moisture.
Fruits like melon, avocado, papaya, pineapple, mango → keep on counter until ripe, then move to fridge.
Apples, pomegranates, berries, kiwi → refrigerate.
Sweet lime, bananas, oranges → OK at room temp, but avoid direct sunlight.
Leafy greens and fresh herbs → wrap / store in fridge, make sure leaves don’t get crushed, allow air circulation.
Other vegetables → wrap in a damp paper towel or muslin cloth, then refrigerate.

We have a 10-day return policy for dry items (Any Non - Perishables ) & 1-day return policy for Fruits & Vegetables ( Any perishables) , which means you have 1-10 days after receiving your item to request a return depending upon the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us atinfo@kediaorganic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
