White dragon fruit has white colour flesh and is mildly sweet with subtle sourness. The pulp inside has a similar texture to a kiwi. They are high in vitamin A, C, fiber, and iron and have a good amount of antioxidants, potassium and phosphorus, as well as other minerals and B-complex vitamins. Consuming white dragon fruit helps in improving eye and skin health. It is usually eaten raw but it can also be added in smoothies, fruit salads, desserts and other dishes.
