- Grains, Pulses & Spices
- Transfer to clean, dry, airtight containers when your order arrives, to keep out moisture and pests.
- Since we use no preservatives, buy in quantities you’ll use within 1–2 months.
- Stone-Ground Flours
- Store airtight and use within 4–6 weeks.
- In summer and monsoon, refrigerate them to keep them fresh longer.
- Cold-Pressed Oils & A2 Ghee
- Keep in a cool, dry cabinet away from direct sunlight.
- Always use a dry spoon for ghee. Moisture shortens its shelf life.
- Raw Honey
- Store at room temperature with the lid tightly closed. Don’t refrigerate it.
- Crystallisation is natural and a sign of pure, raw honey. Place the jar in warm water to liquefy it.
- Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Unpack your produce as soon as it arrives. Don’t leave it in the bag. - Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight: Onions, potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes
- Ripen on the counter, then refrigerate: Mango, papaya, melon, pineapple, avocado
- Fine at room temperature: Bananas, sweet lime, oranges, tomatoes
- Refrigerate: Apples, pomegranates, berries, kiwi
- Leafy greens & herbs: Wrap loosely in a dry cloth or paper towel and refrigerate. Don’t pack them tightly. They need air and shouldn’t be crushed.
- Other vegetables: Store in a cloth bag or paper bag in the fridge’s vegetable drawer.
- Straight from the farm: Our produce comes from our own farm and partner farmers we work with directly. No middlemen, traders or warehouses.
- Packed after you order: Nothing sits in stock. Your order is packed fresh for you.
- Quality-checked: Every item is checked before it leaves us. If it doesn’t pass, we don’t send it.
- A2 dairy from our own Gir cows: Bilona ghee and fresh milk from cows we raise ourselves.
- Free replacement: If anything arrives damaged or spoiled, we’ll replace it at no cost.

These are perishable and can’t be returned. If anything arrives damaged or spoiled, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Groceries & Packaged Goods
These can be returned only if they’re damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened items must be in their original packaging. We can’t accept returns for change of mind, or for items that have been opened or used, unless they’re defective.
Missed Deliveries
Fresh produce is packed and dispatched only after you order, so once it leaves us, it can’t be taken back or rescheduled. Please order for a day when someone can receive it.

Replacements & Refunds
Once your request is approved, we’ll either send a replacement with your next delivery or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days.
Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

How long will the food stay fresh after it's delivered?
Leafy greens are best used within 2–3 days, and most fruits and vegetables last 4–7 days in the fridge. Since our staples have no preservatives, use flours within 4–6 weeks and grains and pulses within 1–2 months. See our Storage Suggestions page for item-wise tips.
What if I don’t have enough fridge space?
Not everything needs the fridge. Onions, potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes, bananas, tomatoes and citrus fruits stay fresh in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Store grocery staples in airtight containers in your pantry.

What if I’m not home at delivery time?
Our fresh produce is packed and dispatched only after you order, so once it leaves us, it can’t be taken back or rescheduled. Please make sure someone is available to receive it, or tell us to leave it with your building security. If you’ll be away, please place your order for a day when you’re home.
