Indian avocado can be used for making sandwiches, chutneys, salads and dips. They are a rich, smooth buttery fruit and are incredibly nutritious. Indian avocado has a little more nutty flavour than the imported avocados. They are loaded with potassium, fiber, heart-healthy fats and antioxidants.
