Raddish is a root vegetable that resembles a big white carrot. It has a sweet and slight spicy flavour that varies with age and type. They are added as a garnish or sauteed and diced for soups, subzis, and stews. It is rich in vitamin C and contains B-complex vitamins, zinc and a good amount of water.
Keep it in a closed pouch / bag and store in the refrigerator.
