It is generally eaten fresh but can also be used in syrups, jams, juices, ice-creams, sauces, fruit salads, puddings, shakes, etc. Mulberries are an excellent source of beta-carotene, iron, potassium, manganese, folic acid, vitamins A, C, K, and B-complex and antioxidants.
