Green math is a nutrient filled leafy vegetable. It is a good source of folate, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C, A, iron, manganese, magnesium and potassium. It is good for oral problems, aids in digestion and helps in weight management. Green math is prepared as stir-fries, soups, curries, dal, etc.
